The Roosevelt Dental Healthy Smiles Plan is a great alternative to traditional dental plans. Whether your employer doesn’t offer dental insurance or the insurance math simply doesn’t add up (we don’t think it does…), we’re confident that the value we offer will fully meet your dental needs.
No need to worry about insurance rules, exclusions, or deductibles with our plan. Everything is laid out simply and in a straightforward manner. Our patients are our number one concern and being able to work with each patient directly without the dental insurance bureaucratic red tape is the best way to go.
The Healthy Smiles Dental Plan includes:
- 2 periodic exams, including oral cancer screenings
- 2 cleanings (adult or child prophy)
- 4 bitewing X-rays
- Panoramic x-rays every 5 years
Beyond the basic dental services, the plan includes a $50 account credit which can be applied toward other treatment, rolled over to future years, or transferred to another plan member. Other services are 15% off without any limitations. Specialists services are 15% off when provided by a partner in the Healthy Services Plan. And because we value our community, 10% of every plan is donated to charity to fund the Roosevelt Dental Outreach Program. And as always, we greatly appreciate your referrals to our exciting program!
